This traditional beach style holiday chalet with good sea views ,is ideal for couples or families. Situated in a quiet area of the park which is convenient for the shop and bus stop and only minutes from the main access to the beach and sand dunes.
Access - Situated on a slightly elevated part of the site. The front door is approached by five steps and parking is adjacent to the property. There is level access to the property from the rear kitchen door after up a gentle slope. There is a picnic table to the front of the property. Relax, enjoy the views and watch the sun set over St. Ives Bay from this beach property.
Lounge/Diner - Large central living area which conists of a sofa with foot rest and two comfy arm chairs. There is also a coffee table, digital TV and DVD player. Dining table and chairs ideal for gathering around at meal times. The lounge has large west-facing windows offering excellent views over the park, West Cornwall and across the bay to St. Ives.
There are three bedrooms set out as follows:
Bedroom one - Spacious double bedroom which is traditional with modern features. The bedroom is carpeted and consists of a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table with lamp and a storage box. The room has a chair to sit and take in the views to the sea from the large picture window. Please note there is space in for additional cot available for hire from Toms Holidays.
Bedroom two - Light and spacious double bedroom. This bedroom is carpedted and consists of a double bed,bedside table and lamp, dressing table with drawers.
Bed. 3 - This spacious bedroom sonsist of one set of full size twin bunk beds, a set of five drawers, shelving unit and a bean bag. There is also a portable electric heater.
Kitchen -The kitchen is light and fully equiped to prepare and cook meals. The kitchen has Fitted units, a cooker, refrigerator, microwave and full size cooker with four hobs and two ovens,one slightly smaller than the other. The window from the kitchen has views over sand dunes to rear.
Shower Room -Tiled bathroom with a Fitted shower cubicle, W.H.B., W.C.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
Linen – We provide duvets and pillows but guests are requested to bring their own bed linen and personal linen such as towels. If you are traveling from aboard of by public transport please let us know as we do carry a limited stock of linen for these situation. This allows us to provide you with the best possible price for your holiday
If anything is missing from a property we carry a large stock of spare items at our office which is within a couple of miles of any of the properties. Just give us a call!
