Tappard Cottage is a traditional detached Cornish Cottage built c.1800, with modern extensions which has been refurbished throughout to a high standard. With its feature stone and woodwork, Tappard Cottage offers traditional cottage character, seamlessly combined with modern conveniences such as new woodburner, central heating and contemporary bathroom/kitchen facilities. It is situated in quiet countryside position with no near neighbours and has large garden (circa 1/3 acre) which offers privacy and country views. Situated in this peaceful location, yet only minutes from all West Cornwall has to offer.

Prices for the 2020 season include full bed linen (beds made up) and towels for the whole property.
The Kitchen area consists of: a fully fitted contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar, four ring ceramic hob with ceiling mounted extractor above, integrated double oven, integrated microwave oven, full size dishwasher, washing machine, integrated undercounter fridge and integrated undercounter freezer.
Shower room with quadrant shower, wash basin and wc.
Lounge/Diner - The main reception room is large lounge diner with beamed ceiling. At one end is a snug area with multi-burner, two, two seater sofas and a digital flat screen TV. The other end has a dining table and chairs.
Adjacent to the lounge is the second reception room. A triple aspect room with large wall mounted TV, three seater sofa, two seater sofa and armchair.
Bedroom One – Vaulted ceiling. Kingsize bed. Bedside cabinets, dressing table, bedside lamps, wall mounted mirror, triple wardrobe and wall mounted TV.
Bedroom Two – Bonnet ceiling. Two single beds with Bedside Cabinet. Built in wardrobe with shelving and hanging rail.
Bedroom Three – Bonnet ceiling. Two single beds. Chest of drawers. Built in wardrobe with shelving and hanging rail.
Family Bathroom –spacious room with vaulted ceiling. Bath and above bath shower. Wash basin, shaver point, WC, storage cupboards and wall mounted mirror.
Outside - This beautiful property benefits form excellent outdoor space. To the front of the property is a good sized garden and there is an even larger garden to the rear, offering countryside views which is a great space for children to play or those summer evening barbeque
Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained and self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties include a microwave, TV, iron and heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
2020 Linen - All linen and towels will be included in the price. However, if you would rather bring your own linen as in previous years this is not a problem. Simply record your preference on the booking form and a discount will be applied.. You have the option of not having linen at all, simply asking for the beds you need to be made up or have all beds made up for your arrival. Save money and help the planet. See Linen for details.
