West Cornwall

West Cornwall is an ideal destination for a holiday at any time of the year. The ever changing scenery will always astound!

In the summer why not laze on some of the best beaches in the country. Swim in some of the warmest waters in the UK and relax, watching the sun set over the shimmering sea.

Autumn brings the shorter days but still mild weather, ideal for walks amongst the amber leaves and exploring the fishing villages, coves as well as the array of excellent shops and restaurants in the cathedral city of Truro.

Winter brings Christmas and all the festivals. From the festival of Light in Truro, Eden Project’s Time of Gifts, Tom Bowcocks Eve in Mousehole, not to mention the amazing displays of Christmas lights in Angarrack and Mousehole.

In spring marvel at the patchwork of yellow daffodil fields, hedges full of the first wild flowers and warm sunny days bursting with bees and skylarks.

Most attractions are open throughout the year and restaurants, cafes and bars offer a warm welcome year round.

Here are some of the towns and villages in West Cornwall that are definitely worth a visit!
